Historic Modern New Build

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Louisville Colorado is this beautiful new build. We designed an exterior with the historic charm of the neighborhood in mind with a few modern touches. Modern meets Scandinavian in the interior with a touch of old world. We chose a simple palette but details are stunning from the baseboards to soft textile touches.

Kitchen Renovation

This sweet little kitchen became an open functional space with beautiful natural stone countertops, crisp cabinet, and walnut accents. A timeless but unique design.

Craftsman Bathroom Renovations

Staying true to this 1911s craftsman character we refreshed the original bathroom and added a second in this bump-out addition. We kept the original charm by refinishing the original bathtub, choosing classic tile, and adding wood details in the moldings and wainscoting. The wallpaper is such a dreamy touch!
